Driving Anxiety
DO YOU FEEL NERVOUS WHEN DRIVING?
DO YOUR STRESS LEVELS INCREASE WHEN YOU CONSIDER DRIVING THE CAR?
ARE YOU STRUGGLING WITH SOME ASPECT OF DRIVING?
Driving can be a stressful activity whether you are learning or have a full license – some people suffer higher levels of anxiousness and it prevents them from experiencing the freedom and independence that driving with confidence can bring.
I am a specialist trainer and I work with people who suffer from high levels of anxiety, fear or a phobia in relation to driving on motorways, dual carriage ways or just beginning the learning process.
I design personal sessions to help you understand your fear and give you practical solutions to control your anxiety so you can focus on your driving skills and gain confidence and control.
All my sessions are built around the needs of the client and the information is given in a style and at a pace that the client can process quickly …to date I have had 100% success.
I want to change the world for as many people with driving issues as I can – to give them back the freedom and independence to drive.
